Manufacturing is the set of processes through which raw materials are transformed into final products. The manufacturing process begins with product design and the selection of material specifications required for its production. These materials are then processed through various manufacturing methods to form the desired component.
Manufacturing plays a critical role in all types of economic systems. In a free market economy, manufacturing typically moves toward mass production of goods for consumer markets with the goal of profitability. One of the most important characteristics of a manufactured product is its economic dimension, making the ability to identify cost-effective production strategies a key competency for any manufacturer.
However, the most essential factor in manufacturing is the production infrastructure itself. Machinery, tools, and fabrication equipment form the foundation of this capability. Despite limited national focus on industrial production in our country, the Manufacturing Department at Arvand Novin Sanat Darya has become one of the most active and solution-driven divisions of the company, overcoming challenges and delivering reliable products under constraints.
From a technical perspective, the Manufacturing and Production Department addresses three core challenges for any product: technical knowledge, quality, and economic feasibility, using innovation, creativity, and strategic decision-making to deliver products that meet customer expectations.
In addition, Arnoco’s manufacturing operations are primarily focused on producing components within the 1 to 5-inch size range, and the company has successfully manufactured several sensitive and high-precision components at the regional (Middle Eastern) scale. Achieving such precision requires advanced production infrastructure and skilled technicians.
Quality monitoring during and after production is managed by the Quality Control (QC) Unit, which acts as the production audit authority. By directly supervising workshop operations and inspecting finalized components against predefined standards, the QC Unit ensures that only approved and qualified products are delivered to customers.
